Whether you have deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology or are looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.PositionSenior Consultant – Office Capital Markets – Join our Italian Office Capital Markets department in Milan reporting to the Head of Office Capital Markets Italy.What This Role InvolvesKey Responsibilities:Manage existing sales mandates, supporting and advising all parties throughout negotiations to closing.Conduct financial analysis of opportunities through business plans and discounted cash flow models; create compelling pitches to secure new mandates based on location analysis, financial fundamentals, macroeconomic assessment, and leasing & investment comparisons.Conduct inspections, lead meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare comprehensive reports.Map the market continuously to identify new business opportunities while developing and maintaining relationships with funds, property owners, developers, and investors, ensuring thorough follow‑up with documentation.Collect and share market intelligence with other departments (Research Markets); execute active marketing activities during on‑ and off‑market sale procedures.Prepare essential documentation including cadastral surveys, surface area analysis, rent rolls, tenant covenant assessment, and financial balance sheet analysis.What We’re Looking ForQualifications:Degree or master’s in economics or technical disciplines (Real Estate Economics, Law, Architecture, Building Engineering); approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and technical aspects.Exceptional commercial acumen, proven negotiation skills, client‑facing capabilities, and the ability to establish and manage high‑profile professional relationships.Self‑motivated, energetic, results‑oriented with excellent teamwork abilities and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and strong business English capabilities.LocationOn‑site Milano, ITAJLL Privacy Notice.Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) together with its subsidiaries and affiliates is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
