From supervising our dedicated team to upholding our standards for fresh food offerings and customer service excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example Maintain high standards for fresh food preparation and delivery Train and develop store personnel to foster a positive team environment Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store atmosphere Assist in managing daily store operations and reporting tasks Monitor sales trends and implement strategies for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors Essential Functions Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time. Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins. Visual acuity to check identification. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products. Be able to enter and work in a cooler with a temperature of 34 degrees up to 60 minutes at a time.
