The Business Planning & Analytics team is under Paid Services Central PMO team, we drive strategic CN SAS program success through data-powered operational planning, cross-orgs reviews, and resource optimization. Our mission is to deliver actionable data insights and innovative program solutions by leveraging advanced analytics and AI capabilities. We serve as strategic partners to Program Managers, diving deep into program opportunities and driving 0-to-1 innovations through data-driven insights. Additionally, we own the design and deployment of sophisticated data dashboards that empower Account Managers to provide data-informed consultancy to Sellers, helping them identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and mitigate risks in their growth journey. We are also anxiety to share CN SAS best practice to WWGS scaling successful solutions. Business Intelligence Engineer belongs to Paid Service Central Business Planning & Analytics team. We expect this role to transform our SAS applicable data infrastructure and analytics capabilities to enable AI-driven decision making, build the standardized data foundation, design data solution to deliver automated insights for program innovations and AM data tools. Key job responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives using automated dashboard solutions Partner with AGS BI Community, Product, Technical, Business, and Marketing teams to understand data requirements and design scalable and user-friendly BI solutions Design and implement AI/LLM-powered solutions to automate human-in-the-loop tasks Design and develop statistical analysis to support business decision making using the AI infrastructure and company wide solutions A day in the life Paid Central PM, AGS BI Community, Account Management Tech and SDE are the key working partners. With these internal stakeholders and customers, you will work closely cross teams in different domains and working threads to drive data innovation and evolvements. Basic Qualifications Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling 4+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
