Con sedi a Milano e Roma, gestiamo lo sviluppo e la realizzazione di impianti per la produzione dell’energia rinnovabile e impianti di accumulo in tutto il Paese, applicando soluzioni sempre differenti per valorizzare le peculiarità del territorio e supportarne la sostenibilità. Responsabilità del ruolo Governance della fase di costruzione, con definizione e presidio del Construction Execution Plan; Supervisionare tutte le fasi delle attività di costruzione, garantendo la corretta esecuzione delle opere e il passaggio alle fasi di O&M e Asset Management; Curare la gestione EPC, subappaltatori e fornitori critici, coordinando il Team Construction per gestire i tempi e monitorare le attività di partner, fornitori e imprese subappaltatrici, verificando qualità, tempi, costi e conformità normativa e assicurando la corretta esecuzione delle opere in linea con le specifiche di progetto; Presidiare le attività di controllo qualità, HSE e compliance normativa, in fase pre costruttiva e costruttiva, curando in collaborazione con il dipartimento tecnico la gestione di installazioni e collaudi; Supervisionare e coordinare lo svolgimento delle attività di costruzione in linea con budget e cash flow di progetto, monitorando schedule e critical path; Coordinare le attività di reporting verso il top Management; Collaborare con i team di ingegneria e procurement per definire le specifiche tecniche e normative e garantire i componenti chiave; Cooperare con le altre funzioni che partecipano alla realizzazione del progetto garantendo le conformità ai diversi standard di prestazione e le specifiche applicabili; Pianificare le attività interne e coordinare quelle gestite dai partner della società, verificando puntualmente l’andamento del progetto verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi, rispettando i vincoli di tempo e di budget fissati; Curare le relazioni interne ed esterne con tutti gli attori coinvolti nel progetto. Hard Skills Laurea in ingegneria; Almeno 5 anni esperienza in attività di sviluppo e costruzione di impianti utility scale; Pregressa esperienza all'interno di IPP o EPC con mentalità owner; Conoscenza contratti EPC e normativa di riferimento; Leadership operativa e orientamento al risultato; Soft Skills e Attitude Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi; Capacità di problem solving e negoziazione; Abilità nella gestione di task multipli; Capacità di gestione del tempo e organizzazione del lavoro secondo priorità; Flessibilità e proattività nell’approccio alle relazioni e alla gestione delle attività; Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte sul territorio nazionale per visite onsite; L’inquadramento e il pacchetto retributivo, comprensivo di benefit e welfare, saranno definiti nel rispetto dell’effettiva seniority nel ruolo e secondo le disposizioni del CCNL Commercio.
