For a global leader in the Automotive Manufacturing sector, we are looking for a "SAP FICO Specialist" who has experience as a technical-functional analyst in the FI-CO modules and is keen to participate to an End2End Project for the Group's migration to S / 4HANA. Responsibilities : You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and optimization of the SAP FI and CO modules. Implement and support SAP FICO modules in both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP 4.6. Gather business requirements, blueprinting, and process design activities. Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements. Provide end-user support and training. Perform system testing and integration testing for SAP FICO configurations and custom developments. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third party applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and systems. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and enhancements. Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of SAP FICO projects. Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations. Skills required : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SAP FICO technical / functional analyst Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders. Proven experience in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and support. Fluent English, other European languages will be a plus. Familiarity with S / 4HANA is desirable. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
