Job SummaryTo function as the domain expert in the core banking team and support the core banking products roll out from functionality and capability perspective.To function as the contact between end users and the development / Design teams in preparing functional specifications from user requirements.To contribute to product management and release management of the core banking products.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategyMaintenance and management of product capability and functional documents.Support for conducting fitment workshops, making product presentations to countries and to work with country businesses in identifying capability requirements.Preparation of functional specifications for capabilities identified based on business analysis and user requirements.Managing the codes and parameter setup for all country implementations in line with the business requirements/SOM.Supporting the release management and product management process to ensure that it is in line with the overall core banking plans.Regulatory & Business ConductDisplay exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
