Because you want to work on strategic decisions that balance demand, capacity, revenues and costs.Because you like turning data, assumptions and scenarios into clear business choices.And because you’re looking for a role where analysis directly supports how the company prioritizes, grows and invests.Quick facts:Part of the Strategy & Special Projects teamFocus on capacity planning, demand analysis and revenue impactAnalytical role with strong business exposureInteraction with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsBased in Milan, in an international contextLet’s get to the pointWe’re looking for a Strategy & Capacity Planning Analyst to support strategic and operational decisions by analyzing business demand, available capacity and cost & revenue implications.You’ll help evaluate requests and initiatives not only based on workload and feasibility, but also on expected value, revenue contribution, cost impact and strategic priorities.You’ll also support decisions on when and how to leverage external consultants to address capacity gaps.This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting numbers to business outcomes, not just building models in isolation.What you’ll do:Analyze and structure incoming business requests, assessing demand, capacity, cost and revenue impactSupport capacity planning by translating demand and revenue assumptions into scenariosBuild analytical models to compare trade-offs between utilization, growth and profitabilityWork closely with Strategy, Finance, HR and operational teams to align prioritiesPrepare clear analyses and materials to support decision-makingSupport the identification, selection and contracting of external consultants, evaluating capacity needs, cost impact and business prioritiesContribute to special strategic projects as neededYou have 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, operations or similar rolesYou’re comfortable analyzing both operational and financial driversYou can structure complex trade-offs and make them understandableYou’re curious, precise and able to challenge assumptions with dataYou communicate clearly and effectivelyWhat you bring with you:Strong analytical and quantitative skillsAdvanced Excel / data analysis capabilitiesBusiness mindset: you understand the link between numbers and decisionsFluency in English and ItalianWork at the intersection of strategy, operations, revenues and costsContribute to decisions that directly impact growth and profitabilityExposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsTrust, autonomy and responsibility from day oneLocation, Salary & BenefitsLocation: Milan – hybrid working modelSalary range: €30,000 – €35,000 gross annual, based on experienceBenefits: welfare plan, hybrid work, performance bonus, meal vouchers, healthcare#J-18808-Ljbffr
