OverviewTechnical Salesman/Women Experienced Sport Advisor (M/W) role at F7ASH. Rossignol Group is looking for a Technical Salesman/Women Experienced Sport Advisor for the new opening in Cortina D’Ampezzo BL. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week). English at entry level is mandatory; French appreciated.ResponsibilitiesServing the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes;Provide an excellent customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating a strong knowledge of ski and boot products, as well as the history of the Group and its heritage;Ensure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories;Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for skis and boots;Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the outdoor market, while demonstrating strong knowledge for trail running and bikes;Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease;Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards;Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions;Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business;Maintain and set up the store and the laboratory in accordance with corporate policy and procedures.WorkshopsGeneral knowledge of skis and boots workshop;Supervision of bike workshop and pursuit of excellence in all shop services.Organization, Tests and NetworkingCooperating with marketing and area manager to develop a new network for the shop, new list of tests/demos in the area, strong community around the shop.Qualifications10+ years experience in sport shops, ideally mountain shops;You are full of energy and you would like to start a new career in the ski world with Rossignol Group;You have a taste for challenge, you are driven by the desire to pursue and even exceed individual and collective objectives;Passionate about sportswear, outdoor and bikes; you have a very deep passion in all mountain activities;You have an excellent commercial awareness and interest in customer behavior, and you know how to adapt to the cultural differences of customers;You have an excellent knowledge of the Verona area, with the capability to create connection and accelerate business and relations in the city;You are a team player with good communication skills.Part-time position (20 hours per week).
