What You’ll Do Support the ongoing monitoring and governance of Nexi’s APM portfolio, tracking key performance metrics such as transaction volumes, take-rates, and market penetration. Conduct research and data analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and monetization opportunities in the APM space. Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to support the delivery of APM initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Assist in preparing reports, business cases, and presentations for senior stakeholders and steering committees, facilitating informed decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional projects related to APM launches, enhancements, or optimizations, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigation. Provide support in contract negotiations and partnership management by delivering insights and market intelligence. Act as a point of contact for APM-related queries internally, promoting knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement. Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological innovations impacting APMs and share relevant insights with the team. What Makes You a Great FitWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, with payments, financial services, or technology industry experience considered a strong plus. Strong commercial attitude with the ability to balance strategic thinking and practical execution. Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to create clear, impactful presentations and data analysis. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build business cases, and communicate insights clearly. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus. Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy. Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and evolving payments landscape.
