In the last few years, we’ve grown quickly in both customers and team members — and now we’re looking for the right person to help us bring our online presence and sales to the next level. Your Mission Make sure people can find us, trust us, and choose us. As our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind visibility, lead generation, and online sales. You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales and ownership team, turning great ideas into measurable results. What You’ll Do Grow and improve our online presence and reputation. Manage and optimize sales channels, especially price comparison websites. Create and implement strategies to increase sales, market share, and customer acquisition. Keep an eye on trends and competitors to spot opportunities. Collaborate with sales and marketing to make sure our online efforts truly support business goals. Track results and share insights (leads, conversions, ROI). What We’re Looking For Proven experience in online marketing with real sales impact . Strong expertise with price comparison platforms and digital marketing techniques. Hands‑on experience with tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools. Comfortable working with reports (Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets). Great communication and negotiation skills. Independent but a real team player. Fluent in Italian and English (you’ll report directly to our American ownership). What We Offer A full‑time employee contract. Salary based on your experience and proven results (+ meal vouchers).
