About e Momentum We’re now looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR), a curious, energetic, and resilient professional ready to open new opportunities and build the foundation of our outbound sales motion.What You’ll Do As our first SDR, you’ll be the engine of our sales pipeline.Your role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities through a mix of research, outreach, and structured prospecting.Responsibilities Researching and mapping target accounts within complex B2B industries.Using data enrichment tools to build high-quality lead lists.Managing and updating leads within our CRM (Attio) to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.Writing personalised outreach messages via email, Linked In, and phone.Conducting cold calls to book discovery meetings for our sales team.Collaborating closely with the founders to refine our messaging, targeting, and sales process.Who You Are We’re not looking for years of experience — we’re looking for the right mindset.You’ll succeed if you are:Curious and resourceful: You love understanding how things work — especially in technical or complex industries.Resilient: You handle rejection like a pro and keep dialing.Data-driven: You use tools and metrics to improve your performance every week.Independent: Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Tech-savvy: You can quickly learn and use modern tools (Attio, Google Workspace, data enrichment tools like Crono).Communicative: You can clearly and confidently engage with senior stakeholders.Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or similar roles (internships welcome).Strong communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken).Experience with CRM systems (Attio or similar) and prospecting tools like Crono.Familiarity with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.Why Join Us Be the first SDR and help shape our outbound strategy from day one.Work directly with senior leadership in a fast-growing company.Opportunity to grow into
