Per una società nostra cliente, leader nel settore dell’ingegneria e delle costruzioni a livello internazionale, che da anni progetta e realizza infrastrutture complesse nei settori energia, oil & gas e opere civili in oltre 50 Paesi in tutto il mondo, siamo alla ricerca di un / una :MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (ONSITE - LIBIA)Il/La candidato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità :Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le attività di installazione, test e commissioning degli impianti meccanici, assicurando il rispetto di disegni, specifiche tecniche, standard qualitativi e norme di sicurezza.Pianificare le attività di cantiere, assegnare compiti ai team operativi, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche di progetto.Verificare la conformità tecnica delle opere, individuando e risolvendo eventuali discrepanze tra documentazione e condizioni reali di sito.Gestire le risorse di cantiere, le attrezzature e i subappaltatori;Implementare e controllare l’applicazione dei Piani di Qualità e Sicurezza, svolgendo ispezioni e momenti di formazione operativa.Redigere la reportistica tecnica e di avanzamento lavori, interfacciandosi con il Construction Manager e con l’Ingegneria di Home Office per le questioni tecniche e operative.Il/La candidato/a avrà i seguenti requisiti :Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di Mechanical Construction Manager / Mechanical Supervisor, su progetti di strutture sanitarie (Ospedali) o in infrastrutture civili complesseCompetenza tecnica approfondita nei sistemi meccanici complessi (HVAC, Chilled Water, Steam, Plumbing, Gas Medicali, Fire Fighting, Water Treatment, BMS).Conoscenza operativa delle procedure di installazione, test, pre-commissioning e commissioning degli impianti meccanici.Capacità di gestione di risorse di cantiere, attrezzature e subappaltatori, orientamento al rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi.Familiarità con i Piani di Qualità e Sicurezza e con la reportistica tecnica.Imprescindibile disponibilità alla trasferta internazionale con regime di rotazione 60 / 15 e operatività on site presso il progetto di Al Zawiya (Libia).Orario di lavoro: Regime di rotazione 60 giorni lavorativi / 15 giorni di riposo.Sede di lavoro : Al Zawiya, Libia.Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati all’esperienza del / della candidato / a.La Selezione è rivolta ad ambo i sessi ai sensi dell’Art. 1 L. 903 / 77.#J-18808-Ljbffr
