Mid-Market Senior Manager SEURLocation: Milan office, Italy.Language requirements: French / Italian / Spanish.We are seeking an experienced sales leader to manage a team of Mid‑Market Account Executives based in our Milan office (covering France, Italy & Spain). You should bring a proven track record of success in generating pipeline, achieving sales targets, and experience in motivating teams through leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.Rubrik’s Inside Sales Team forms the core of our ambitious go‑to‑market strategy and revenue growth engine. As a Mid‑Market Regional Director you will manage & mentor a team to drive new customer acquisition by owning full‑cycle sales processes for small to mid‑size accounts in a given territory. We are seeking relentless self‑starters who will work closely with Sales Engineers and Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas by discovering and developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, and executing account strategies. Rubrik’s Inside Sales Organization strives to develop All‑Star talent by providing training on sales processes and strategies to help your team become successful field Account Executives in the future.What You’ll DoManage and develop a team of Account Executives including recruiting, hiring, and enablement of team membersParticipate in strategic and tactical planning for the region and be a key member of the EMEA Management teamDrive accurate team forecasting practice in line with management expectationsAssist in the development of short, medium, and long‑term plans to achieve strategic objectivesRegularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure region objectives are metInfluence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situationsFollow the weekly cadence of forecast and pipeline with the teamCoach sales and related staff members on a daily basisDefine and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunitiesDevelop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales processIdentify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid‑market accountsPresent Rubrik solutions within complex data‑center design environmentsCo‑sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growthProvide Rubrik management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnershipsExperience You’ll NeedAbility to thrive in a dynamic high‑pressure environmentPolished written and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort engaging with senior leadershipStrong sales management and coaching skillsEmotionally intelligent: self‑aware, hard‑working, and humbleNew‑business focused with a clear concise method to pipeline generation activitiesPreferred QualificationsMinimum of 2+ years of experience leading or managing a sales teamBackground in tech sales – leaders with experience in the tech industryProficient in Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and LinkedIn NavigatorWorking knowledge of top‑of‑the‑funnel sales processes and strategyBachelor’s degree (ideally)Ideally trained or using MEDDPICC as a sales qualification toolAbout the Sales TeamRubrik’s Sales organization is a united group of elite cross‑functional sales professionals that help companies and government entities achieve resilience against cyberattacks, malicious insiders, and operational disruptions.
