OTB Spa is looking for a Corporate Sourcing Specialist . Inside the Indirect Procurement department, the Corporate Sourcing Specialist will be in charge of managing the strategic planning and management of the assigned indirect categories and will also play a leading role within all ongoing projects related to procurement transformation.

Job Responsibilities

She/he will be responsible for core sourcing activities, from negotiation to vendor management, and will focus on:

  1. Driving the implementation of the procurement procedures and their execution;
  2. Managing the scouting of new vendors for the assigned categories;
  3. Supervising communication and follow-up with vendors and internal stakeholders;
  4. Executing periodic vendor compliance evaluation;
  5. Running spend analysis in order to define project's baseline and optimization opportunities;
  6. Defining and constantly updating the sourcing strategy;
  7. Following benchmarking activities;
  8. Managing selection processes via RFI/RFQ;
  9. Supporting and coordinating contract drafting activities for the assigned categories.
Job Requirements
  1. At least three years of experience within a similar position, with direct experience in indirect sourcing being a plus;
  2. Master's degree in Economics, Management or similar;
  3. End-to-end knowledge of the ordering process;
  4. Fluent in English;
  5. Track record of experience within complex processes;
  6. Excellent communication skills;
  7. Propensity for attention to detail and precision is a must;
  8. Analytical skills;
  9. Pragmatic and collaborative attitude;
  10. Strong teamwork skills;
  11. Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  12. SAP knowledge is considered a plus.

Knowledge of agile principles and a background in retail are considered a plus.

Location: The position can be based in Breganze or Milan, depending on preference.
