Job Description
Il/La candidato/a sarà inserito/a nell’ufficio Payroll Services il cui compito è di assicurare il corretto svolgimento delle attività di amministrazione del personale, del processo retributivo e delle relative attività post paga per Fincantieri La figura ricercata lavorerà a stretto contatto anche con l’ente di HR Administration Services and Subsidiaries Coordination per quanto concerne le Società Controllate italiane.
Attività
Come Payroll Services Specialist, la figura avrà le seguenti responsabilità di seguito indicati:
Gestire le attività di amministrazione del personale nonché tutti gli adempimenti richiesti per le elaborazioni delle retribuzioni ed i relativi aspetti previdenziali e fiscali, per Fincantieri e per le Società Controllate; Assicurare, per lo svolgimento delle attività sopracitate, il puntuale coinvolgimento degli Enti Esterni preposti (ad es. Istituti Previdenziali); Fornire supporto alle Unità Organizzative aziendali preposte nella richiesta, gestione e consuntivazione degli ammortizzatori sociali; Assicurare l’aggiornamento e la manutenzione dei sistemi informatici di amministrazione del personale, avvalendosi anche del supporto di società esterne: in relazione all’evolversi della normativaper la corretta attuazione degli aspetti riguardanti istituti retributivi (ad es., scatto di anzianità) e trattamenti economici individuali e/o collettivi nonché di sito ad esclusiva valenza aziendalea seguito di specifiche richieste di modifica da parte della Funzione Costo del Lavoro, Budgeting e Compensation per la corretta elaborazione del costo del lavoro Assicurare le attività connesse all’elaborazione paghe dei flussi esterni finalizzati alle erogazioni welfare.
Requisiti
Esperienza non inferiore a 3 anni presso aziende strutturate o studi di consulenza del lavoro; Laurea specialistica in materie economiche o umanistiche; Buona conoscenza nelle tematiche riguardanti i principali CCNL e relative caratteristiche, le normative del lavoro riguardanti le tipologie dei rapporti di lavoro ed elaborazione della busta paga; Disponibilità di trasferte sul territorio italiano; Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese scritta e parlata; Completano il profilo caratteristiche quali: capacità di pianificazione, orientamento ai risultati, attenzione al cliente interno, capacità di analisi, attitudine al team-working, capacità di comunicazione, flessibilità, competenze di gestione di situazioni complesse, capacità di gestione dello stress.
