Logistics Assistant

· Coordinate the collection, staging, and dispatch of both technical and non-technical equipment, as well as production supplies, from the WBD Warehouse · Organize and track deliveries to and from Olympic competition and non-competition venues · Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including packing, wrapping pallets, loading, and unloading trucks · Accompany delivery drivers on runs to various Olympic sites, including competition venues, national houses, and studios · Assist with equipment sourcing by researching and contacting local suppliers in Italy · Monitor and manage inventory using the WBD asset tracking system · Provide general administrative support, including managing delivery notes, processing invoices, coordinating venue bookings, and handling incoming/outgoing parcels · This is a fully on-site role, based in Siziano, Italy and does not offer remote or agile working arrangements Desired Skills and Experience: · While full training is provided, previous experience in logistics, scheduling, or customer service—particularly within large sporting events—is a strong advantage · Flexible and willing to work long hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays · Prepared to work in a warehouse environment and carry out physical tasks · Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and a good sense of humour · Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) · A valid driving licence is an asset Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Supply Chain, Production, and Quality Assurance Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CXC by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Logistics Assistant” roles.
