Offer Description

Simplified measurement and digital management of the environmental footprint in the wine supply chain.

The project entails:

• 1) the critical evaluation of current quality and environmental sustainability certification systems for products;
• 2) the integration of data collected by companies during previous production process monitoring activities;
• 3) the proposal of simplified methodologies for assessing the environmental footprint of wine sector products;
• 4) the analysis of digital solutions available for collecting environmental footprint data at the supply chain level;
• 5) the definition of digital logics and architectures to support the strategic and managerial upgrading of supply chains, with a view to reducing their environmental footprint.
