Per loro conto ricerchiamo un/una: La figura selezionata sarà inserita a diretto riporto della Direzione Generale e sarà responsabile di supervisionare e coordinare le attività di progettazione di un team di circa 10-15 persone con competenze principalmente meccaniche. Nello specifico si occuperà di: gestire l’ufficio Engineering garantendo il corretto svolgimento dell’attività di progettazione e disegno sulla base delle esigenze e delle specifiche richieste dal sistema cliente, nel rispetto delle tempistiche stabilite; supportare il Sales Manager ed i Project Managers nelle fasi di acquisizione e delivery; relazionarsi adeguatamente a tutti i livelli aziendali e con i diversi interlocutori esterni, interni e di Gruppo; valutare le evoluzioni tecnico-scientifiche relative a prodotti e processi per garantire i migliori livelli di competitività e di qualità; migliorare continuamente le efficienze organizzative e la qualità delle persone delegate. Il/la candidato/a ideale ha conseguito una Laurea in ingegneria . Possiede inoltre approfondite conoscenze tecniche e di progettazione secondo logiche di commessa, ed ha maturato un’esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 / 7 anni, all’interno di aziende produttrici di rotating equipments, società di ingegneria/EPC, o aziende operanti nel settore Oil&Gas. Si richiede una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2). La conoscenza di PTC Creo sarà considerata un plus. Completano il profilo: ottime doti relazionali e comunicative, leadership e comprovata esperienza di people management.
