Role and responsibilitiesYou will be based in our Milan or Rome office as part of our Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) practice. You'll join a team passionate about impact, with a focus on operational project management with strong execution skills and an understanding of the specific demands of each organization. You will also be part of our Delivery Assurance team, delivering business transformation projects to the public sector on digital transformation, organizational development, process optimization, service redesign, and governance & process management. You will own the delivery and implementation after the initial set-up based on Prince 2 and Agile frameworks and will work in an efficient, and highly engaging method. You will work closely with senior management of our public, social and healthcare sector clients to provide impactful solutions. We measure our success by the impact we deliver for our clients and their ability to sustain the new benefits and changes once we have left. Joint achievement of our goals is the measure of our success in the industry-independent implementation of transformation projects for industrial and service companies. In this role, you will work on challenging projects and identify value-creation opportunities for our clients. With your delivery focus and expertise, you will support our clients by ensuring their organizations achieve and sustain strategic objectives. You will help deliver innovative solutions in the fields of new services, overall service redesign, organizational structure, governance, process management and workforce, and capability building, resulting in meaningful and enduring change. With your strategic and implementation expertise, you will support our clients in translating strategic objectives into practical implementation initiatives and goals. You will also be responsible for project planning, delivery and implementation of organizational changes, which you will tackle with the appropriate management tools and solutions. QualificationsMasters degreein business, economics or engineering with a strong record of academic achievement 2+ yearsof professional experience in delivery and implementing digital transformation projects in the public sector or public healthcare sector, delivering business change and business transformation projects Solid understandingand some demonstrated knowledge of project management delivery using related tools and methods including MS Project, Prince 2, Agile or similar Highly analyticalindividual Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit , dedication, creativity and a passion for overcoming any challenge to get things done Ability to adapt your style of communicationto suit a wide range of stakeholders Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian#J-18808-Ljbffr
