The position is based in Milan, Italy.Reporting to Maintenance Manager, 12 months renewable, residential contract.Maintenance Senior Engineering SpecialistRotatingManage all necessary Engineering Maintenance Rotating activities in MZLNG for conductingMaintenance efficiently and ensuring the technical integrity & required availability of equipment’s.Reporting to Maintenance Manager2. DUTIES :Prepare the Maintenance strategies and plans associated with all PVV equipment and associatedsupport systems, on the LNG complexEnsure the standardization and optimization of spare parts as well as the spares managementstrategy for all Rotating equipment and support systems on the LNG ComplexMaintenance contracts preparation for the PVV equipment on the LNG Complex4. HSE RESPONSIBILITESAdhere to HSE, Company policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures.Demonstrate safety leadership by working safely, highlight any potential incidents or dangeroussituations.Contribute towards continual HSE improvement of safety behaviour for the role and others.Attend mandatory HSE trainings, refresher / expired training and apply them to on site tasks,ensure team and vendor compliance.Support to maintain and continually improve ISO 14001 Environment Management Systemrequirements and other management initiatives.5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinates with the Senior PVV Engineer on all aspects of Mechanical Engineering &Maintenance matters, and provides expert technical adviceWorks with the Senior PVV Engineer and all members of the Mechanical team, to ensure deliveryof the Mechanical activities in the Maintenance and Inspection Engineering (MIE) planReviews the documents and technical characteristics of rotating equipment supplied by the projectto identify challenges for future maintenance activities in operation phaseActs as an interface between EPC and MIE Contractor to facilitate data flow and ensure technicalguidance of MIEC for rotating equipmentReviews and if required develops, the maintenance strategies for rotating equipment and ensurescompliance of the planned preventive maintenance program to the company’s Safety &Environment Critical Element (SECE) performance standardsContributes to the data preparation of Condition Based Maintenance tools and organization inorder to optimize PM and promote failure anticipation (interface with RAID and development ofOneCBM)In coordination with the Maintenance & Inspection Engineering Contractor (MIEC), develops andreviews the rotating equipment planned preventive and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)program, to ensure that the maintenance tasks undertaken are adequate to prevent unplannedWorks with the company team and Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Contractor (MIEC) todevelop maintenance procedures and standards, work method associated with the variousrotating equipmentWorks with the Company’s Methods Team in ensuring all rotating equipment plans are loaded intothe Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management System (CMIMS) and areadequately resourced and all plans are resource leveled to allow for proper management ofmaintenance backlog during the operations phaseLiaises with vendors and the original equipment manufacturers for all queries regardingmaintenance, modifications, spare parts, drawings and the resolution of technical problems.Works with the Operations team during commissioning phase for all rotating equipment whichincludes providing support on deviations and maintenance engineering input into design, 3Dmodel and constructability reviews as well as Factory and Site Acceptance TestingReviews and controls the standardization of materials and spare parts for all rotating equipmentand related systems. Reviews MIEC propositions on stock quantities, usage and consumption toinimize the stock value, whilst ensuring that all spare parts are available for routine, defect andshutdown maintenance.Develops the scope of works for rotating equipment support contractsIn coordination with the MIEC and Equipment Vendors, develops typical repair plans for theassets considered VitalPrepare all required procedures for future maintenance operations, defines tools and materialrequired for the workshops and repairs of rotating equipmentEnsure preparation of data required for future maintenance operation and trouble shootingdocumentation related to rotating equipment) and accessibility in Quantum / ProdomConsultant's Profile :Excellent knowledge of rotating / mechanical oil & gas / LNG equipment’s, maintenance, repair andmethods.Excellent knowledge of GE Frame 7 Gas Turbines, large rotating equipment’s (compressors,expanders, pumps…), LNG loading arms and hydraulic.Excellent knowledge of international codes & standards.Good knowledge of maintenance SAP (like CMMS).Good Knowledge of computer applications and methods.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Qualifications :Bachelor of higher education in Rotating or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent withinternational standard and solid experienceExperience :Minimum 20 years specific maintenance experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industryMinimum 10 years in LNG producing plants, not LNG terminalsExcellent knowledge of Gas Turbines and Compressors#J-18808-Ljbffr
