Overview From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Finance Manager for METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca in the heart of Milan. Responsibilities Oversee the accounting and finance function, provide leadership, direction and guidance to the operations team. Act as a strategic business partner and financial advisor to the management team. Manage all financial/operational accounting activities including monthly accounts, balance sheet, cash flow statement, flash figures, payroll, cash management, costing and budgeting. Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures. Direct the monthly accounting close process on a timely basis. Lead the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks. Oversee all audit and internal control operations. Prepare financial reports in accordance with corporate requirement. Assist Department Heads to improve their financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for their operations. Collaborate directly with the General Manager METT Milan Torre Velasca and VP Finance Sunset Hotels & Resorts to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insights. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Finance Manager in hospitality. Strong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level English. Solid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related tools. Knowledge of local accounting principles and IFRS. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities, with the capacity to evaluate alternatives and provide clear business recommendations. Extensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting. Benefits Competitive Salary.
