Server Assistants lavorano con i Servers durante il servizio fornendo gli articoli necessari ai clienti e aiutando a mantenere l'area pranzo pulita e libera. Esperienza precedente in un ambiente Food and Beverage veloce o esperienza lavorativa correlata richiesta, con esperienza in ristorante di fascia alta preferita. Capacità forte di multitasking e comunicazione costante con il team server/bar per comprendere le loro esigenze. Il ruolo ha contatto diretto con gli ospiti e, di conseguenza, buone capacità comunicative sono una necessità. Il candidato ideale ha una personalità sicura, aperta e un approccio "can-do" a qualsiasi richiesta. La posizione richiede incontinua salita per 8 ore o più al giorno e la capacità di sollevare fino a 50 lbs. La fluidità in inglese è richiesta per questa posizione e questo lavoro richiede ai candidati di avere l'autorizzazione al lavoro attuale negli Stati Uniti.
