Start your journey with BCD : Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team HR Payroll Coordinator (Hybrid) Full time or Part time, Milan, Italy We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Payroll Coordinator to support our team with essential administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of HR area who's ready to make a meaningful impact. As an HR Payroll Coordinator, you'll work closely with HR management to support the organization as the primary point of contact for our employees and managers. You'll handle multiple areas of HR, such as benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding. If you're organized, collaborative, and excited to learn in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you As an HR Payroll Coordinator, you will Work closely with other HR colleagues such as Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams to research and solve issues Triage and provide high touch customer service support to our employees / managers, responding to inquiries and requests sent to the HR Service Center Be responsible for maintaining full knowledge of all the company's HR policies / programs, to effectively answer related questions Be responsible for onboarding of new hires / rehired employees, internal transfers, and other hiring processes Maintain system related data, providing support throughout the hiring process, and maintaining employee files About You High School diploma or equivalent Prior experience working in a corporate business environment in HR Payroll Good command of English and Italian Proficient in Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Flexible and adaptable to ever changing landscape Excellent communication skills About Us We're a market leader in travel management : We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world's best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
