OverviewOverIT is a global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company with a strong presence in North America and Europe.We empower organizations in the power, utility, telco, and transportation industries to manage mission-critical infrastructures efficiently and safely through cutting-edge Field Service Management software solutions.Leverage advanced technologies like ML, AR, IoT, and GIS to keep essential infrastructures always on.ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop project plans and resource requirements.Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide feedback, fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues.Manage stakeholders’ expectations and requirements, as well as facilitate communication among team members.Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes.Conduct project post-mortem meetings to identify lessons learned, close out project contracts and deliverables, and archive project documents and other artifacts.Effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers’ needs and identify new potential business opportunities.Qualifications3+ years of experience as Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in other SaaS companies or system integrators.Proven experience in delivering complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, using best practices, adequate tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Azure, SAP ByD), and procedures (e.g., SecDevOps).Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently present the project aspects to top management executives both internally as well as on the client side.Experience in gathering customer requirements, product backlog prioritization, developing effort estimations/planning, and issuing Statements of Works.Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2).Desired certifications: PMI-ACP / CSM / CSPO / PMP / ITIL / PRINCE.Willingness to travel to the customer's premises.What We OfferOverIT is a unique transformation project in the SaaS space arena, full of ambition to scale and grow globally.International culture and environment with the opportunity to partner with an outstanding group of people and professionals who joined the company to scale and succeed.A career-defining opportunity with full exposure to two leading private equity firms.At OverIT we value diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, ethnicity, or place of origin.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeFunction: Software DevelopmentLocation: Milan, Lombardy, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
