They are looking for a Senior Industrial Data & Analytics Engineer to build and operationalize data-driven systems that transform factory performance.This is not about producing reports, it is about creating automated, actionable insights that drive real impact across manufacturing operations.This is a high‑visibility, hands‑on role where you will shape the digital factory data architecture from the ground up, collaborate closely with operations and engineering, and make a measurable impact on operational performance.What you will doDesign and deploy ETL pipelines to integrate data from ERP, MES, SCADA, and test systems into a single, trusted environmentEnsure data integrity, completeness, and latency compliance for production‑critical datasetsLead the development of Power BI dashboards for key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, FPY, yield, bottlenecks, downtime, and scrapApply machine learning and AI to predict equipment downtime, identify process drifts, and optimize throughputArchitect robust integration between MES, SCADA, and ERP (SAP) systems while ensuring scalability and cybersecurity compliancePartner with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to translate data insights into measurable improvementsMentor engineers and analysts on data automation and analytics best practices to foster a data‑driven cultureDrive continuous improvement initiatives and directly impact plant performance and competitivenessWhat we are looking forDegree in Data Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldExtensive experience in industrial data analytics, manufacturing systems integration, or digital factory engineeringHands‑on expertise in SQL, Python, ETL, API integration, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, M Query, automation, and governanceExperience with MES, SCADA, ERP (SAP) systems and applying machine learning for predictive maintenance or quality optimizationStrong problem‑solving mindset, ownership of deliverables, and excellent communication with cross‑functional teams5V Tech are acting as an Employment Agency for the purposes of this job vacancy.
