Overview Il nostro cliente è una realt industriale dinamica e in forte crescita, specializzata nella progettazione, realizzazione e manutenzione di componentistica aeronautica, certificata Part 21 e Part 145. Per il potenziamento dell’ufficio tecnico, ricerchiamo un DESIGN ENGINEER, pronto a mettere in campo la propria esperienza e contribuire allo sviluppo di soluzioni innovative per programmi di alto profilo. Responsabilità Progettazione completa di componenti e assiemi elettromeccanici, con modellazione 3D e gestione del disegno tecnico.

Creazione e gestione delle distinte base e del ciclo di vita prodotto all’interno di sistemi PDM/PLM. Interfaccia diretta con fornitori e clienti per garantire la qualità e la fattibilità delle soluzioni progettuali. Analisi delle specifiche tecniche e definizione delle metodologie di realizzazione.

Stesura documentazione di qualificazione e partecipazione attiva ai test di qualificazione e sviluppo, in conformità agli standard aeronautici. Collaborazione trasversale con gli altri enti aziendali per assicurare il successo del progetto. Profilo Progettista con esperienza consolidata nel settore aeronautico, in particolare nei processi di qualifica e certificazione di prodotto.

Ottima conoscenza di software CAD (preferibile Catia V5/3Dexperience) e sistemi PDM/PLM. Competenza nella quotatura e tolleranze, proprietà dei materiali e trattamenti termici/superficiali. Familiarità con meccanismi meccanici (ingranaggi, cuscinetti, leverismi).
