As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.CompensationThe pay range is $21.50 - $25.50/per hour (commensurate with experience) + an additional premium of $3.00/per hour; plus sales incentives.Work ScheduleMonday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Rotational Saturday's 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary).The Ideal Candidate Will HaveAssociate’s degree in a business-related field, equivalent work experience; orHigh school diploma or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment required.2 years of experience in cash handling required.2 years of experience in customer service, referrals and sales required.Retail / branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industry preferred.Extensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services, and ability to comprehend and grasp finance and credit concepts preferred.Must project a welcoming presence when interacting with customers.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Must be digitally savvy, confident and well-versed on the use of digital banking technology to fulfill routine day-to-day needs.Detail oriented with excellent follow-through.Agile and resourceful as it relates to working in a fast-paced changing environment.Upbeat and positive, growth mindset, and quick learner.Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously.BenefitsWe proudly offer a comprehensive benefits program for all employees.
