SPACE BUSINESS DEVELOPER – ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Space Business Developer to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic growth in the rapidly evolving field of optical wireless communications.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DOIdentify and research potential clients worldwide with a special focus on the European marketDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholdersCoordinate with sales and technical teams to develop mutually beneficial proposalsTrack, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipelineDrive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract closureNegotiate contract terms with clients and ensure alignment with company goalsTrack and report on the status of proposal components and contract deliverablesConduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threatsGather and analyze customer and competitor data to inform strategic decisionsDevelop and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reachYOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPACEBachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Opto-mechanic, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)Proven experience in business development in the space- aerospace sectorsStrong understanding of space technologies and market dynamicsCapability to manage ESA, EU and Institutional tendering processesUnderstanding of typical ESA, EU and Institutional tenders funding schemesExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and executive teamsStrong analytical and organizational skillADDITIONAL INFORMATION Contract: permanent; Location: Sarcedo, Vicenza (Italy); Working time: full time, hybrid as per the internal policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
