Head of Human Resources presso ASE - Aerospace Electrical Systems; Psychology Ph.DThe candidate will be allocated in the Engineering Department and will be responsible for the design, development, testing and documentation of electrical power generation and distribution systems for aerospace applications and specifically:Technical interface with the Customer for weekly technical meetings and to resolve technical issues;Coordination of each work package for the design of electrical generators, distribution boxes and power converters, interacting with the design team (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and Software)Realize, check and deliver all the documents of the Customer Statement of Work.Revise and comment documents provided by ASE suppliersSelect and manage ASE Design Suppliers, together with the Program ManagerFollow the test campaign for the qualification of each P/N of the SystemSpeed up the resolution of technical issues, alone or with the help of ASE specialists.KnowledgesGood knowledge on aircraft systemsSafety and Reliability concept and calculationDevelopment process for aircraft componentsUse of MSOffice packageTeamworking and coordinationObjective orientedOtherDesign of Electrical/Electronic componentsExperienceAt least 4 years of experience in the development of complex systems, preferable in the aerospace industry.LanguageFluent English, both spoken and writtenSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesAviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
