He/She is enthusiastic, a team player, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, an aptitude for technology, and good linguistic skills.Your ActivitiesCRM management and support for reportingSales of residential developmentsAdvisory services to support property ownersAssistance in finding the most suitable real estate solutions for clients' needsManagement of the entire negotiation processTechnical and contractual support for clientsCollaboration with the marketing department for the drafting and implementation of marketing plansReal‑estate appraisals and acquisitionsQualificationsP.IVA is mandatoryReal estate agent license is mandatoryAvailability to work in the Milano area and nearbyProven track record in estate agency new homes or residential salesStrong work ethic5 years of experience as a sales and customer‑service expertAmbitious and self‑motivatedDriver licence desirableNative Italian speaker or C1 level, proficient in EnglishFamiliar with Office package, especially Excel and PowerPointSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Colliers by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
