Workster partners with a key BPO employer in Greece to find Italian-speaking Customer Experts for the largest worldwide Social Media company out of their office in AthensAssist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on timeBecome and remain knowledgeable about our products and community standardsMake well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our communityStrong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathyDisplay a strong bias to doing what’s right for our communityInvestigate and resolve issues that are reported on the platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive contentRespond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracyUse market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of usersGather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the siteEnforce Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the siteReview the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of qualityIdentify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutionsRecognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global teamREQUIREMENTSC1 level of ItalianGood level of English (B2)Willingness to relocate to Athens or already based thereExperience in Customer Support is an advantageStrong abilities to work independently and as a team playerProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsAdaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changesStrong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applicationsAbility to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)OFFERRelocation package with initial hotel stay, flight paid in advance and help finding permanent accommodationCompetitive salary structure with bonusPrivate health insuranceVarying shifts to be definedA dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialJob Type: Full-time
