About Us We are a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality web applications. Our development process is driven by Kanban, ensuring a synergistic workflow between consumer-facing features and internal team needs. We strongly believe in the power of continuous integration and testing to maintain the robustness and reliability of our projects. The Role We are seeking a Backend/Frontend Developer, with an approximate 70% focus on backend development and 30% on frontend. In this role, you will be responsible for: Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems. Integrating user-facing elements developed by frontend developers with server-side logic. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participating in code reviews and contributing to our continuous integration and testing practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshooting and debugging applications. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a solid understanding of frontend principles. Strong commitment to continuous integration and testing. Experience working in an Agile/Kanban development environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting. Required Languages We are looking for a candidate with professional fluency in Italian and a good command of English , both written and spoken, for technical documentation.
