Together, we can shape the future.HS Specialistwill be responsible for ensuring health and safety within the company. The role involves identifying and assessing risks and developing safety procedures in accordance with current regulations and company policies. The candidate must be a resident ofResponsibilitiesRisk assessment: Identifies hazards related to work activities and develops prevention plans.Defines and implements procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitoring deadlines and mandatory requirements.Coordinates and verifies that personnel receive the necessary health and safety training.Monitors the use of personal protective equipment and oversees activity performance.Manages and intervenes in case of incidents.Manages documentation related to management systems and interfaces with competent authorities and certification bodies.Contributes to improving the company’s HS performance through the analysis of indicators and objectives.Requirements And SkillsDegree in a technical field and/or specific certifications (RSPP/ASPP training).Soft skills: proactivity, analytical ability, management skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Knowledge of required IT systems (SAP, Outlook).Good knowledge of the English language.Why Join Us?Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
