This is an exciting opportunity to live and work in the heart of beautiful Lisbon, Portugal, with a competitive relocation package and a generous €3,000 welcome bonus Job Description As an Italian Customer Service Representative , you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be part of a multicultural team based in Lisbon and have the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service in Italian through various channels (phone, email, chat). Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain and update customer records and interaction history. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers receive the best possible service. Contribute to the overall team success by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications Native or fluent in Italian (both written and spoken). Previous customer service experience (preferably in a B2C environment). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
