About Timeneye Timeneye is a fast-growing SaaS company providing intuitive and powerful time tracking solutions for teams around the world.Recently acquired by Office Timeline, we’re strengthening our position in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.To accelerate our growth, we’re expanding our development team.Role Purpose You’ll be part of a collaborative and cross‑functional team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintainingautomated test suitesacross the Timeneye platform—including the web app, browser extensions, and integrations.Your work will directly impact software quality, regression coverage, and release confidence, enabling faster and safer product delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for frontend, backend, and full‑stack scenariosBuild and expand a comprehensive automated regression test suiteCollaborate with developers to ensure testable code, proper test coverage, and quality standardsIntegrate automated tests into GitLab pipelines for continuous validation and deploymentIdentify reliability, performance, and security gaps through automated testingAnalyze test results, report defects, and ensure issues are reproducible and well‑documentedStay up‑to‑date with industry best practices in test automation, tools, and methodologiesParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions on quality improvementsRequirements Required Skills & QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in QA automation for web applicationsStrong experience in test automation frameworks, with PHPUnit and Laravel for backend testingProven track record of building extensive automated test suites for web applicationsSolid knowledge of CI/CD workflows, particularly GitLab pipelines, and integrating automated tests into deployment processesFamiliarity with backend and frontend technologies (PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Vue.js, REST APIs) to design effective testsExperience with data‑driven testing, mocking, and test environment managementStrong knowledge of software quality principles, regression testing, and defect managementSolid Git knowledge and collaborative workflows (branching, PR reviews, CI/CD integration)English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6)Familiarity with containerized development environments (Docker)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CDN‑based frontend deploymentsFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks and integration testingUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practicesBenefits Perks & BenefitsHybrid work model: 3 days per week in our Modena officeFlexible working hoursFree coffee and snacks in the officeWork on a fast‑growing product with a global user baseChallenges & Growth OpportunitiesBuild a robust automated testing culture and significantly increase regression coverageCollaborate with developers on end‑to‑end quality improvementsJoin an international and multicultural teamGrow into a technical QA leadership role, influencing quality standards and automation strategy#J-18808-Ljbffr
