OverviewAs part of the ongoing growth and expansion of the TXT Group, we are looking for new Electronics Design Engineers to join TXT e-Tech Srl, specifically within the R&D department, to support the development of test systems and electronic units in the aerospace sector, at one of our client sites in Naples Italy.We are seeking candidates at different experience levels — from junior to mid / senior profiles.ResponsibilitiesDesign and development of automatic test systems for airborne electronic units;Design of analog, digital, and power electronic boards;Preparation of technical documentation and project reports;Testing and validation of electronic boards and test systems.Required Technical SkillsExperience with electronic design software (Altium, Orcad, Fusion 360, etc.);Use of electronic simulation tools;Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, current probes, etc.);Knowledge of Boundary Scan testing;Strong troubleshooting skills on complex systems.Optional Technical SkillsPCB development;Knowledge of avionic communication buses (ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, etc.);Understanding of microcontroller architectures;Familiarity with TestStand;Familiarity with LabVIEW;Knowledge of at least one programming language;EducationBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer, Electronic, Electrical, Biomedical, Automation Engineering, or related fields.The Ideal CandidateHas a strong problem-solving attitude and proactivity, excellent communication and organizational skills, and is capable of working both independently and within a team.Motivated to grow professionally and to learn new skills.Why Join TXT GroupCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company;A dynamic, young, and international environment;Corporate Benefits (health insurance, welfare plan, meal vouchers, employee discounts);Permanent contract, with compensation based on experience.TXT e-Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.We value diversity in all its forms — cultural, gender, age, and career background — as a key element of our success.In compliance with Articles 1 and 118 of Law 68 / 99, we offer employment opportunities accessible to candidates belonging to protected categories.This position is open to all genders, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198 / 2006, and TXT Group actively promotes equal opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
