Position Overview As a Travel and Logistics Coordinator within the Relocations Team, your primary responsibility will be to guide travelers through their booking journeys and ensure that their travel experiences are hassle‑free, enjoyable, and stress‑free. From handling bookings to managing post‑travel concerns, you will be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and partners alike. Your role will involve managing reservations, assisting with customer service needs, and addressing any challenges they may face before, during, or after their trip. Key Responsibilities Booking Assistance: Provide support to customers making online bookings for hotels, holiday packages, and other travel‑related services. Telephone Sales & Service: Handle incoming customer calls for booking services, sales inquiries, and post‑booking assistance. Customer Service Excellence: Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and with a solution‑oriented approach. Problem Solving: Manage complex situations such as booking changes, cancellations, and issues with suppliers (e.g., hotels) to ensure customer satisfaction. Supplier & Client Management: Communicate effectively with both suppliers and customers, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations. Administrative Support: Assist with the day‑to‑day operations of the Relocations team, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and colleagues. Qualifications Native Italian Speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good Command of English (minimum B2 level). Strong computer and internet skills to navigate booking systems and customer management tools. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. Goal‑oriented with a drive to achieve performance targets. Flexible and resilient , able to thrive under pressure. Passion for Travel and a strong interest in the travel industry. Familiarity with the travel industry , including popular destinations, airlines, and hotel chains. Preferential Criteria 12th Grade education or higher. Background in Tourism is a plus. Proven sales aptitude with an interest in providing tailored travel solutions. Customer service experience (minimum 6 months) or experience providing technical support. Work Schedule Full‑Time : 40 hours per week Monday to Sunday: 08:00 am to 08:00 pm Salary Options EUR gross/month , including base salary, room allowance from your first day (includes training, Christmas, and Holiday bonuses), plus food allowance. For the first 14 months of your stay, you will be provided with accommodation in one of our company's rented apartments. The apartments are fully furnished with essential amenities like a kitchen, living room (with cable TV), wireless internet, and utilities covered by the company. Apartments are typically located 20‑60 minutes from the workplace. Upon arrival, the company provides bedsheets, pillows, and towels to ensure your comfort. Why Join Us?
