The Opportunity We are expanding our international presence and are looking for a Country Representative in Italy — a full-time professional who will represent Doktar and lead our business development and project activities in the region. This is a freelance, commission-only collaboration designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to build a long-term partnership with a growing European AgriTech brand. What You’ll Do Lead sales and partnership development , especially for climate and sustainability projects with the agri-food industry Represent Doktar and its full product portfolio (IoT devices, digital platforms, data-driven services) Manage customer relations and local operations, including logistics coordination and client reporting Work closely with Doktar’s international sales and technical teams Develop and implement Doktar’s market entry and growth strategy in Italy Full-time freelance contract (exclusive representation for Italy) Commission-based compensation only — you earn 20% of the revenue you generate No fixed base salary Doktar retains 80% , covering product, technology, and operational support Successful collaboration may lead to the opportunity to establish and lead a local Doktar branch in Italy as a long-term partnership Who You Are Experienced in agriculture, food, and/or sustainability sectors Proven track record in sales, partnerships, or project development in F&B companies Well-connected with corporate clients or other major agri-food players locally Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently Fully available to dedicate your time and focus to representing Doktar in Italy Join Us If you’re passionate about sustainability, agriculture, and innovation — and ready to take the lead in bringing Doktar’s technologies to Italy— we’d love to connect.
