From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your ChallengeAs a Project Financial Controller your mission will be to ensure a high level of standards for the completion of all projects commercial/financial related matters and perform general controlling operations in the assigned business divisions. Your main activities will be to:Manage the project throughout the project Life CycleEnsure the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus local Gaap requirements.Ensures the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project books and records, incl. recording of such in appropriate ERP systems.Support the Project Manager with the analysis of the financial results according to defined targets and optimize the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.Actively communicate with customer's commercial representatives and manage solving of commercial issues.Together with the PM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.Support the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.Manages and supports Management in identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities, strategies and response activities.Act together with the team members according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and establish a culture of trust and integrity.Support completion of financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.Support consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations.To be a perfect fit for this role, you:At least 2 years’ experience in financial project functionsHave a Degree in Economics or Management EngineeringYou have knowledge of SAP system as a plusHave a proficient knowledge in English and ItalianStrong analytical and planning skills, risk management and ability to proactively propose improvement actionsAble to interact, work in team, creating a good environment, collaboration, teamwork and communicate effectively with people at all levels and culturesProven skills to work effectively in a collaborative environmentFlexibility to work many several projects and prioritize autonomouslyPassion to never-stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledgeAre eligibile to work in ItalyWhat We OfferFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results,; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options.Never stop growing: plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeysAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourselfSiemens is an equal opportunity employer, offering a safe and inclusive work environment, based on mutual respect and the appreciation of uniqueness, guaranteeing equal employment opportunities to all qualified candidates to unleash their full potential.Address to us your desired working conditions/ environment.
