MSXI has the job for youMSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Data Analyst to join our team in Rome.The Role As part of our team, you will support the data management and analysis processes as well as the development and deployment of our Data and AI literacy program. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to help guide decision-making processes. Your key tasks will be :Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights into Lean program performance and business operationsProvide data-driven recommendations to stakeholderDocument processes, findings, and recommendations clearly and effectively for both technical and non-technical audiencesQualifications About you We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Business Data Analyst has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, as well as :3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with background in data analytics and AIStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEntry level knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data modelingExperience with BI tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similarAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environmentExperience of planning complex schedules of activitiesFluent level of EnglishIf you’re ready to make an impact and contribute to our company’s success, apply nowWhat’s in it for you?
