Main responsibilities: Planning and coordination of travel itineraries, including flights and accommodations; Coordinating transportation arrangements, including pickups and vehicle rentals; Managing operational services: rooming lists, transfer lists, flight lists; Preparing and managing cost estimates to ensure budget compliance; Managing communications with participants and travel documentation; Planning activities such as events, tours, visits, and dinners; Resolving travel-related issues or changes; Communicating effectively with vendors and clients to secure travel arrangements; Selecting, negotiating, and coordinating with suppliers; Providing customer service and assistance before and during travel or events. Required skills: 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role; Strong organizational skills; Decision-making skills to address challenges quickly and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates; Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Solid knowledge of event budgeting and cost control; Ability to stay focused under pressure and adapt quickly to changes; Managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
