Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the global top-ranking engineering contractors.RoleThe HSE Specialist reports to the HSM and verifies that all activities comply with the TCM HSE Policy, regulations, standards and procedures, promoting preventive and corrective actions as required.Activity and Main ResponsibilitiesPerform the Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA);Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and related procedures, preparing revisions when needed;Update HSE documentation throughout construction phases when deemed necessary;Ensure subcontractors perform activities in accordance with HSE procedures, regulations, and standards, promoting actions to enforce compliance;Organize, plan and participate in periodic HSE walk‑arounds, inspections and audits on site, prepare reports, action plans, and verify follow‑up of corrective actions;Organize, coordinate and directly participate in HSE training activities on site;Organize and participate in all relevant site HSE meetings, prepare the relevant Minutes of Meetings;Co‑operate with the client concerning issuance of necessary work permits;In case of work accidents, conduct a full investigation to identify corrective measures to avoid recurrence;Maintain accident records and identify areas requiring prevention measures;Perform or promote the indoctrination/training of personnel;Lead and coordinate the activities of the Site HSE Committee (composed of all contractor and subcontractor HSE representatives);Lead and coordinate the site emergency response team and fire prevention/fighting team, organizing training and emergency drill mock activities;Prepare the HSE section of the construction monthly progress report and other periodic reports;Prepare and update the Site HSE statistics, verify performance versus the project and corporate HSE objectives, targets and performance indicators;Propose recovery plans in case of mismatch.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob FunctionEngineering and ManagementIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
