Huawei Europe engages with universities and colleagues to nurture ICT talent across Europe.Job TitleResponsibilitiesTechnical Liaison: Act as the primary technical interface for subcontractors, clarifying project requirements and resolving technical roadblocks in real-time.Schedule & Task Oversight: Monitor subcontractor progress against the project timeline, ensuring site integrations and migrations are completed as scheduled.MOP Mastery: Review and provide the necessary MOPs to field teams; ensure they understand the step-by-step technical execution for router integrations and link expansions.Quality Assurance: Perform remote or on-site audits of subcontractor work to ensure configurations and physical installations meet customer standards.Operational Support: Assist subcontractors during night migrations, providing remote troubleshooting support and escalating complex issues to the Senior Engineering team.Reporting: Update project databases and provide regular status reports on technical milestones, identifying any risks to the delivery schedule.QualificationsFresh graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related), graduating between January 2025 and December 2027.Minimum 6 months of experience managing networking integration projects, with a solid understanding of project management principles and quality assurance methodologies.
