Join to apply for the Account Receivable Associate role at Champion Europe GroupBased in our Headquarter in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Receivable Associate who will support the Finance function and collaborate Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Core ResponsibilitiesEnsure the weekly billing process, including intercompany transactions and credit notes.Generate the ri.ba. portfolio for presentation to the bank.Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and handling customer queries.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivable transactions.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth and timely payment processes.Prepare the monthly Intrastat form.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Oracle).Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.In Champion we believe that with success comes opportunity.
