Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering great customer service and excellent communication skills.Principal AccountabilitiesSupport the Marketing and Communication Manager in promoting the hotel and outlets through all available channels based on strategySupport the Marketing and Communication Manager in the creation of hotel promotions, initiatives and similar and in their communications through proprietary B2C and B2B touchpoints (Inroom iPad, Website, newsletter, social media)Support the Marketing and Communication Manager with marketing and communication opportunities and collaborations, and influencer collaboration inquiriesSupervising photo & video shootings (for digital contents)Assist the Marketing and Communication Manager in maximizing the hotel media coverageAssist with distributing press release and maintain the press/media database, with national and international contactsMonitor direct competitors and trendsCreate on monthly basis dedicated reports and presentationsCandidate ProfileEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 years' experience in the marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the hospitality industry. Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
