Il nostro cliente è una importante realtà italiana operante nel mondo food.Location : Imola (BO)Il RuoloRiportando alla Direzione Operations e alla Direzione Engineering Corporate, la figura coordinerà le attività di manutenzione industriale e collaborerà con l’engineering per la realizzazione, installazione e messa in funzione del nuovo impianto di confezionamento.Il ruolo unisce competenze di manutenzione, project engineering e gestione tecnica degli asset produttivi e infrastrutturali.Principali responsabilitàCollaborare con l’area Engineering per la realizzazione, installazione e messa in servizio del nuovo impianto di confezionamento;Coordinare e supervisionare le attività di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e straordinaria per garantire la piena efficienza degli impianti;Gestire i fornitori tecnici e gli appaltatori per servizi di manutenzione, automazione e impiantistica (elettrica, HVAC, idrica, antincendio, sicurezza, illuminazione, ecc.);Pianificare le attività manutentive in sinergia con le esigenze produttive;Analizzare e ottimizzare le performance impiantistiche, utilizzando KPI tecnici e strumenti di monitoraggio;Contribuire alla definizione degli standard tecnici e alla redazione delle specifiche impiantistiche per nuovi progetti;Gestire e sviluppare il team tecnico di manutenzione, affiancando i tecnici nella risoluzione di problematiche complesse.I RequisitiDiploma o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale o equivalente;Esperienza pregressa in ambito tecnico / impiantistico in aziende alimentari o in settori industriali affini;Competenze consolidate in manutenzione, project engineering, avviamento e miglioramento continuo di impianti;Capacità di gestione di team tecnici, fornitori e budget di manutenzione / progetto;Conoscenza delle normative in ambito sicurezza, ambiente e qualità alimentare;Ottime doti di leadership, comunicazione e organizzazione.Human Value si occupa di attività di Executive Search & Selection (Aut.
