Who we areBorn in 2021 out of a desire to make cities less polluted and less noisy, Electra helps shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main obstacle that is recharging. Electra is innovating to make recharging electric vehicles easier, with a network of fast recharging stations (20 minutes on average) and a simplified user experience. Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra aims to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030 and is part of Europe’s energy transition. In 4 years, we have deployed 450+ stations, secured thousands of stations, opened several offices across Europe, raised over 750 million euros in equity and debt financing, joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award, and built a team of over 220 talents. We are building the largest and most efficient fast-charging network in Italy, identifying and securing high-potential sites—from shopping centers to parking lots and major retail chains—to develop the charging stations of tomorrow. Our Real Estate Development team plays a pivotal role in scaling our presence in the country. Your MissionWe’re building the largest and most efficient fast-charging network in Italy, and everything begins with finding the best locations. You will be on the front line, driving growth by acquiring new locations and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the Italian territory. Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and negotiate real estate opportunities for Electra’s fast-charging stations across Italy. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate owners, developers, and retail partners. Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to deal closing and onboarding. Coordinate internally with technical, legal, and deployment teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor the market to anticipate trends, new opportunities, and potential risks.
