This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, cross‑functional collaboration, and commercial strategy, enhancing marketing effectiveness and sales performance across EMEA. With visibility across the retail value chain, you will help optimise sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and enable data‑informed business decisions.Key responsibilitiesAdvanced Analytics & Data Science SupportSupport the development and execution of strategic, high‑impact analytics use cases across the full sales funnel.Leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex and diverse datasets.Build predictive models to support data‑driven decision‑making and optimise sales strategies and performance.Translate data into business value by formulating hypotheses, identifying patterns, and conducting exploratory analyses.Prepare clear and impactful visualisations and presentations to communicate insights and influence decision‑makers at all organisational levels.Sales & Marketing Data IntegrationWork closely with Marketing/CRM, IT, Reporting & Analytics teams to create shared data products and maintain advanced dashboards.Ensure seamless integration of marketing performance data into tools such as the Commercial Planning Tool.Contribute to data governance initiatives, including alignment on funnel definitions and data quality improvements across countries.KPI Monitoring & Collaboration with EMEA CountriesServe as the point of reference for monthly KPI monitoring related to marketing investments and sales performance in the EMEA region.Collect, validate, and consolidate data by engaging directly with local country teams.Maintain and update reports and files through Python‑based data extractions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights.Marketing & Sales Performance ReportingCoordinate the reporting and consolidation of key marketing metrics, including investment levels, market share, and funnel KPIs.Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc performance analyses, focusing on Direct Marketing effectiveness and regional sales trends.Skills / RequirementsDegree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.3–5 years of experience in data analysis or data science, ideally in sales, marketing, retail or customer analytics.Experience with churn analysis, customer segmentation, sales forecasting, and lifetime value models is a strong plus.Ability to connect data insights to business needs, with a strong focus on impact and actionable recommendations.Comfortable managing monthly KPI reporting, running data extractions, updating dashboards, and interacting with country teams.Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot, macros) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.Proficient in SQL and Python.Proactive and curious mindset, open to learning and improving processes.Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.Fluent in English (spoken and written).For this position, candidates registered in the lists of the Protected Categories in accordance with Law 68/99 are considered.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAnalystIndustriesRetail Health and Personal Care Products, Retail Pharmacies, and Medical Equipment Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
