Senior Lab Validation Engineer — RF/Analog

ams OSRAM is seeking a senior validation engineer in Lombardy to lead bring-up and validation of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital ICs, and to develop plans ensuring conformance to specifications.

You will characterize devices across process, voltage, and temperature, drive root-cause analysis, define methodologies, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with architecture, design, verification, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable silicon.
