OverviewLa risorsa Specialist in Project Management per le Unità di Transformation Projects avrà l’occasione di: Coordinare la fase di qualificazione di progetti rilevanti per il Gruppo Garantire il coordinamento ed il monitoraggio complessivo delle principali iniziative progettuali del Gruppo a maggiore impatto trasformativo, con particolare focus su quelle di Business Gestire operativamente, nel ruolo di PMO ed a supporto diretto della Direzione di Progetto, i progetti trasformativi del Gruppo, applicando consolidate metodologie di project management e garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi delle iniziative progettuali Supportare la Direzione di Progetto relativamente all’impostazione della organizzazione progettuale, definizione dei metodi e strumenti di governo e nel controllo dell’avanzamento del progetto Favorire l’ascolto e il dialogo tra Aree/ Divisioni Identificare le opportunità trasformative anche attraverso l’evoluzione dei modelli organizzativi in coordinamento con le unità preposte Supportare iniziative di evoluzione sui processi operativi QualificationsConoscenza di tecniche e strumenti per la gestione dei progetti Comprovata esperienza nella gestione dei Progetti in ruoli di Project Manager Conoscenza della lingua inglese Forti capacità organizzative; capacità di stabilire le priorità progettuali Education and ExperienceLaurea in discipline economiche/finanziarie o ingegneria gestionale Esperienze 3/5 in primarie società di consulenza Chi siamoSiamo leader in Italia e uno dei principali gruppi bancari in Europa.
